🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns (Change of Mind):

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide your order number and photos of the issue. This does not affect your rights under applicable South African consumer protection law.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at info@lith.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will be guided on where to send the product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for different colours or models, subject to stock availability.
