We want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns (Change of Mind):

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue. Weโ€™ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at support@lith.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will be guided on where to send the product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for different colours or models, subject to stock availability.
