Where we ship from:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Shipping within South Africa:

• Standard Delivery: R70 (2–4 business days in major cities)

• Express Courier: R120 (1–2 business days in major cities)

• Free Delivery: Orders over R500 qualify for free standard shipping

• Outlying areas may take an additional 1–2 business days

International Shipping:

• We do ship internationally.

• Rates are calculated at checkout.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
