Where We Ship From
All LITH orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Delivery Options & Costs
LITH delivers throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy and PUDO.

  • PUDO Locker to Locker — R70
    Collect from a secure PUDO locker near you, 24/7.
  • Gauteng Door-to-Door — R79
    Delivery to your address anywhere in Gauteng.
  • Outside Gauteng Door-to-Door — R90
    Delivery to your address anywhere else in South Africa.

FREE DELIVERY on all orders of R650 or more.
Free delivery applies to standard delivery within South Africa and is
calculated on the order value before any delivery charge. Additional
charges may apply to remote or outlying areas where required by the
courier; we will contact you before dispatch if this affects your order.

Your delivery option and cost are shown at checkout before payment is
completed.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday,
excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or
public holiday are processed from the next business day. Once dispatched,
you will receive tracking details.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates, calculated from the date of dispatch:

  • Major centres: 2–4 business days
  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: may take longer, depending on courier availability

Courier delays occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our
reasonable control.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery
information was supplied, additional courier or redelivery charges may
apply.

PUDO Locker Collections
Where a PUDO locker is selected, please collect your parcel within the
period specified by PUDO. Uncollected parcels are moved to the nearest
PUDO Kiosk at no extra charge and held for you there. If a parcel is
returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply should you request
redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or you believe there is a problem
with your delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and, where applicable, photographs of
the parcel and product so that we can assist you. This does not affect
any rights you may have under South African consumer protection law.

International Shipping
LITH currently delivers within South Africa. International shipping may be
available by prior arrangement — please contact us before placing an
international order so we can confirm availability, costs and delivery
times.
